Facebook Event

Event by Berkshire Conference of Women Historians

Pheasant Run Resort in Mt. Pleasant, Illinois

Duration: 2 days

Please register and attend the first Little Berks to be held in Illinois. It will be June 1-3, 2018 in Mt. Pleasant, IL!
Please note there is *no registration fee* to attend the Little Berks. The main costs associated with the weekend are room and board and any travel. There is no additional registration fee to attend.
We have negotiated an affordable rate for the hotel. Singles and doubles are $159 night and that includes breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. The only additional cost will be for dinner on Friday and Saturday (you will be on your own for lunch on Saturday as well). The Berks will pay for wine with each evening meal. As we get closer to June, we will have vegetarian options at all meals, but please let us know if you have other dietary restrictions.
We need to book our rooms by April 15, so please call the resort as soon as you can and book. The number is 630-584-6300 and you should let them know when reserving that you are with the “Berkshire Conference of Women Historians.” As we have done in the past, the Berks will subvent the costs of hotel for people who need it. If you would like to attend but need a subvention for your room, please email the Vice President or Executive Secretary by April 10, so we can make arrangements to reserve the rooms. All subvented rooms will be shared.
If you plan to room with someone, please let us know when you make your reservation. We can also help facilitate room shares, just let us know if you are seeking a roommate.

For more information or questions contact: Jennifer Brier, Vice President or Marisa Fuentes, Secretary.
