Registration includes breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, receptions with heavy hors d’oeuvres on Thursday and Friday, and dinner and dance on Saturday. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available at all meals. In order to eliminate as much food waste as possible, you will receive a google form to indicate which meals you plan to eat closer to the date of the conference.

Registration

  • Full Time/Fully Employed Berkshire Conference Member- $300
  • Full Time/Fully Employed Non-Member – $400
  • Retired/Restricted Income (Under $50,000)/Unemployed Member $150
  • Retired/Restricted Income (Under $50,000)/Unemployed Non-Member $200
  • Exhibitor $125
  • Graduate student – $100
  • K-12 Teacher – $100
  • College Undergraduate and High School Student: $10

A single-day pass of $100 may be purchased at the conference.

Membership

Annual Membership (Membership is required for those on the program.)

  • $100 if your income is above $100,000
  • $75 if your income is between $75,000 – $100,000
  • $50 if your income is between $50,000 – $75,000
  • $25 if your income is between $25,000 – $50,000
  • $10 if your income is below $25,000

Three-Year Membership

  • $280 if your income is above $100,000
  • $210 if your income is between $75,000 – $100,000
  • $140 if your income is between $50,000 – $75,000
  • $70 if your income is between $25,000 – $50,000
  • $25 if your income is below $25,00

Subvention Requests
The Berks is committed to supporting scholars, particularly those without institutional support. Please indicate if you would like to be considered for a subvention to help with the costs of attending the 2023 conference. Because our funds are limited, priority will be given to those without institutional support, part-time scholars, international participants, and graduate students. If awarded a subvention, the money will be given to you at the conference in US dollars when you furnish receipts.

Registration and Key Pick Up for rooms in the campus residence halls

Graham Hall
• Wednesday 28 June: 2-6.30pm
• Thursday 29 June: 8-5pm
• Friday 30 June: 8-5pm
• Saturday 1 July: 8-4pm
• Sunday 2 July: 8-10am

You can pick up your registration materials–lanyards, name tags, tote bags with your printed program, your key card and a parking pass if you are staying on campus in residential housing (dorms), and other information—in Graham Hall during the registration hours listed above. If you arrive after the registration hours, you can register the next day.

Important: If your lodging is in an on-campus residence hall, you must get your key card (and a parking pass if you are parking on campus). Please note (see the parking information below) that overnight parking on campus requires a different pass from the one used for daytime parking.

To get your key card after registration closes for the day, go to the front desk in Graham Hall, where you can pick up your key card (and a parking pass if you need it) until 9:45 pm. After that, you can pick up the card and pass at Campus Safety, which is located by the Main Parking structure, just a 4-minute walk from Graham. The Campus Safety Office non-emergency number is: 408.554.4441
