Subvention Requests
The Berks is committed to supporting scholars, particularly those without institutional support. Please indicate if you would like to be considered for a subvention to help with the costs of attending the 2023 conference. Because our funds are limited, priority will be given to those without institutional support, part-time scholars, international participants, and graduate students. If awarded a subvention, the money will be given to you at the conference in US dollars when you furnish receipts.
Please consider a donation to assist international scholars, graduate students, contingent faculty, and those without institutional support to attend the conference. Donate here >>
Registration and Key Pick Up for rooms in the campus residence halls
Graham Hall
• Wednesday 28 June: 2-6.30pm
• Thursday 29 June: 8-5pm
• Friday 30 June: 8-5pm
• Saturday 1 July: 8-4pm
• Sunday 2 July: 8-10am
You can pick up your registration materials–lanyards, name tags, tote bags with your printed program, your key card and a parking pass if you are staying on campus in residential housing (dorms), and other information—in Graham Hall during the registration hours listed above. If you arrive after the registration hours, you can register the next day.
Important: If your lodging is in an on-campus residence hall, you must get your key card (and a parking pass if you are parking on campus). Please note (see the parking information below) that overnight parking on campus requires a different pass from the one used for daytime parking.
To get your key card after registration closes for the day, go to the front desk in Graham Hall, where you can pick up your key card (and a parking pass if you need it) until 9:45 pm. After that, you can pick up the card and pass at Campus Safety, which is located by the Main Parking structure, just a 4-minute walk from Graham.
