Current Berks members receive reduced registration rates through the member portal. Attendees who are not current members can use the public non-member form.
Member rates are available only through the Berks Membership Portal. You must log in with an active MemberPress account or renew your membership before registering at the reduced rate.

Current Berkshire Conference members receive reduced registration rates in eligible categories.
Complimentary Registration for Children, Partners, and Caregivers
The Berkshire Conference of Women Historians welcomes attendees who are traveling with family members or who require caregiving support. Children, non-academic spouses or partners, and caregivers accompanying a registered conference participant may attend the Big Berks at no additional registration cost.
Caregivers include individuals who provide disability-related assistance or support to a conference participant. Complimentary caregiver registration is intended to ensure that participants who require support can fully access and participate in the conference.
Please indicate on the registration form if you will be accompanied by a child, non-academic spouse or partner, or caregiver so that we can provide appropriate conference credentials and plan accordingly.
Subventions
The Berks offers conference subventions to help make participation in the Big Berks more accessible. Attendees who do not have institutional funding or who face financial barriers to participation may apply for support. Subvention funds may be used toward travel, hotel accommodations, conference registration fees, childcare, or caregiver support.
Applications for conference subventions will open in late August. Additional information about eligibility, available funding, and the application process will be provided at that time.
